Sharjah Islamic Art Biennale

Al Isharat is a spatial steel-and-light installation commissioned for the Sharjah Islamic Art Biennale and exhibited in front of the House of Wisdom.

The artwork celebrates the richness of Emirati and Arabic visual heritage through a contemporary composition of geometric forms and intricate patterns. Integrated lighting transforms the steel structure into a luminous sculptural presence, revealing new layers, rhythms, and perspectives as the artwork is experienced from different angles. Positioned within the public realm, Al Isharat creates a dialogue between heritage, geometry, light, and contemporary architecture.
